Each session is intuitively tailored to you and may include guided meditation, grounding, heart and mind coherence, EFT tapping, self-healing practices and intuitive guidance.
This is not a BQH hypnosis session and can be a beautiful first step if you would simply like to experience what working together feels like.

For returning clients following a session with me.
A supportive follow-up space to help you process and integrate what arose during your previous session.
We can explore what has unfolded since, reconnect with any insights or guidance you received, work through anything that has surfaced, and support you in grounding the changes into everyday life.
These sessions are individually tailored and may include intuitive guidance, healing practices, grounding and further integration work.
