Due to the depth and continuity of this work, the mentorship investment is made in full prior to beginning the journey. This is intended to honor the sacred commitment being made to yourself, your healing, your growth, and your personal evolution.

INTUITIVE HEALING
If you would like to work with me and are looking for initial healing and some guidance for yourself, this is a great option, This is not a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, however, we can do some guided meditation, hands-on self-healing, heart and mind coherence, some grounding, some CTT tapping, I will hold a loving compassionate and non-judgmental space for you and use my intuitive gifts and pull some cards to give you guidance in moving forward on your path. in these sessions,
I bring together all of my skills and tailor them to suit you and your individual situation. It’s a great way to see what working with me is like and is a wonderful first step in your healing process.
INTEGRATION SESSION
If you have had a session with me and would like some assistance in integrating what you have learned and experienced this is a wonderful way to ground into the new energy and pathway birthed from your session onwards. having this time together to connect a little after the session is so important for clients to fully integrate all they have learned and experienced. Not only does this give us the opportunity to discuss all you have experienced during and following the session it allowed us to keep the energetic flow of their session alive, clients report to me that after their integration sessions they literally feel how they felt after the quantum healing session itself the energy is still there, it is living and evolving just as we are which is beautiful, it allows for us to maintain, strengthen and nurture the connections made with the higher self and guidance teams even after the session is complete. During quantum healing sessions clients are often given “homework” in addition to the energetic work and healing that is carried out during their session and it is the integration session that allows us to stay accountable and actually incorporate whatever advice, diet, and lifestyle changes or new practices into their lives.

However, If you are undecided and would like to try to my 20 minute guided meditation that will take you deep into your heart, keep you centred and assist you in living a heart-based life, Please send an energy exchange donation and I will send you the file.
This is a really good way of seeing what it is like to work with me and my voice. It is also an excellent way to practice meditation if it is not something you are used to doing.
It is beneficial to have a little meditation experience when having these sessions (but not essential) and BQH can help you with your meditation practice. if you are interested in learning how to meditate, this meditation is a great starting point.
